You have to weigh stuff. Probably buy new stuff. May be a fancy blender. You probably have to do all kinds of tortuous exercises. Basically, you need to devote a small fortune in time and money.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.

What is unique about this is how it is all put together and the 4 keys that are critical to making the weight loss happen. In the past I’ve done some of these things, but never combined all together.
This is a diet I could definitely follow for a least six weeks and then I could see myself likely staying with many of the suggestions….but perhaps having an extra ‘cheat’ day.
Overall, it’s a very sensible, concise guide that will tell you exactly what to do to drop a few sizes in a little over a month. I am going to incorporate these suggestions and am confident that I’ll be able to get rid of those pesky last 10-15 pounds.
